25 Years Since The Robert Mapplethorpe Exhibit Opened At The Contemporary Arts Center

In April, 1990, an art exhibit opened in Cincinnati that created immediate controversy, placed the on a national stage, and sparked a legal battle over the first amendment.

Here to discuss that exhibit, ?Robert Mapplethorpe: The Perfect Moment? and its legacy, and to give us a preview of upcoming events commemorating the 25th anniversary of the CAC exhibit, are Contemporary Arts Center Director Raphaela Platow and Curator Steven Matijcio, and Artistic Director and Curator Kevin Moore.
