Families who pay more than 30 percent of their income for housing may have difficulty affording necessities such as food, clothing and medical care. 

According to the , an estimated 12 million renter and homeowner households pay more than 50 percent of their annual incomes for housing. This points to a real and growing need for more affordable housing options, across the country and here in Greater Cincinnati.

A unique partnership of local non-profit organizations is providing affordable homes to families in Lower Price Hill. Joining us to discuss providing more, and more affordable, housing option for local families are Director of Housing with the , Adelyn Hall; President and CEO, Ed Lee; and Member , who is also Director of Communications for the Community Learning Center Institute.
