The was founded in 1964 to offer services to low-income individuals and families to help lift them out of poverty.
Along with housing and other assistance services, the Agency provides early childhood education programs and several , from summer youth employment to Nursing Assistant and manufacturing training to its Fresh Start program for ex-offenders.
