The March 31 deadline for Americans to apply for health insurance under the is fast approaching, and with current enrollments two million short of the Obama administration鈥檚 six million target, a final push is on to get people to sign-up for coverage. One effort to reach consumers is Countdown to Bus Tour, which rolls into Cincinnati Monday.
