Remembering The Attack On Pearl Harbor 75 Years Later

Seventy-five years ago today, Japanese forces attacked the U.S. Naval Base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii

President Franklin Roosevelt declared it ?a date which will live in infamy,? and it ushered America?'s entrance into World War II. The bombing of Pearl Harbor killed 2,400 people, the worst attack on the United States prior to 9/11.

To commemorate the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, the in Burlington will host four WWII veterans at 7 p.m. this evening who will share their experiences during the war. The event is free, no registration is required.
