A company named Shooterz requested the permit, says Elizabeth A. Lyons, Ohio Department of Transportation public information specialist. "They stated it was to shoot a commercial. That鈥檚 all we鈥檝e got; they didn鈥檛 specify what the commercial was for," she said.
