Hamilton County residents will decide whether or not to renew the on November 5. The proposed 5-year property tax levy, which would generate approximately $6.7 million annually, currently accounts for 23% of the Zoo鈥檚 annual budget. The funds can be used only for the feed and care of Zoo animals, horticulture needs, and building and maintenance repairs.
