Fabrication Newtowngore Engineering has been fabricating all kinds of projects for forty years. Working off Architectural drawings or using our in house design team, we pride ourselves in giving our costumers what they want. Cladding We have a large stock of standard cladding (mainly corrugated in grey and green), but we can also order in specific lengths in any amounts. There is usually a one week lead time on all orders. We also supply gutters, down pipes etc as well as flashings and capping. Shotblasting All steel for our buildings and products are shot blasted in our workshop, before being primed and painted. The shot blaster is also available by appointment as a customer service and is regularly used to restore metal parts and components of farm machinery, etc. Welding At out plant in Newtowngore, we provide a welding services to our walk-in customers. This may be repairs to machinery or the welding of bespoke items. We also provide a mobile welding service, bringing our skills to wherever they are needed. Galvanising We can provide all our products galvanised, if required. We can also take in smaller items from our costumers and have them galvanised. Pick up and drop off for galvanising occurs on Monday and Thursday mornings. Re-roofing As well as supplying and erecting industrial and farm buildings, we also will re-roof older buildings. Taking off the old roof, repairing trusses and replacing timber, etc. We also supply or re-roof round roof sheds. Store Our store provides our customers with a one-stop shop for all steel and steel related products including: sheet metal, flats, angle, RSJ’s, box and tubing, etc., plus a large selection of bolts, nails, tex screws and fittings of all descriptions. All steel can be cut to length as an added service. |
