The original headliner, Janet Jackson, pulled out of the festival last month citing personal matters.

In a statement, she apologized to fans, saying personal matters have come up.

The Cincinnati Music Festival celebrates more than 60 years of local and national R&B talent this weekend. Events will take place at Paycor Stadium, the Andrew J. Brady Music Center and Fountain Square.
